Engineering

RFI also brings a complete and fully capable machine shop to help satisfy the needs and requirements of our customers. Not only do we design, manufacture, and maintain many of the dies we produce, but when necessary, we have the know-how to retrofit our existing equipment or to build equipment to satisfy a specific need.

Punch Press Die Cutting

Punch Press die cutting is the backbone of the list of capabilities Rhopac Fabricated Products  brings to the marketplace. We have various Punch Presses, Platen Presses, Clicker Presses, and Roller Presses. Choice of equipment is determined by a variety of factors including material, size of the part, and quantity.

Rotary Die Cutting

Rhopac Fabricated Products offers precision cut parts at competitive pricing with its Rotary Die Cutting equipment. Running high quantities at high speeds yield very low prices.

Adhesive backed parts are conveniently supplied kiss-cut in rolls. Shipping and handling of the finished parts is improved.
